Okay, so I have been working on what has turned out to be the sweater from hell, so much cabling, and now I have decided that I can not stand to look at the color anymore. What to do? But I must keep knitting because the store is so slow, thank you recession, that I have to do something to keep my mitts busy. So anyways, here is a pic of my 'progress'...the back, both the fronts, and the beginning of the sleeves (I am knitting them at the same time)

On the bright side, look at who I get to spend my days with...

I am so lucky to have him to keep me sane and grounded during these crazy times. Thank you to the adoption angels who sent me this amazing creature who never ceases to put a smile on my face, keep me cozy and cuddly.
Hoping all my blogosphere friends are doing well,
xoxo,
S.

forge on, missy!
you may just love that sweater so much when you finish!
lucky luigi. lucky you.
I'm sorry things are slow, but I can't think of a better way to spend one's time than to knit with Luigi by your side!
I say take a little break and knit something small, then keep going. You're almost there!
i'm sure he makes things better! little cutie ~ you ARE lucky! and finish that sweater...i want to see it!
persevere. I have a sweater I made in the same colorway. It is sitting at the bottom of a chest with all the other ugly sweaters I knit. HOWEVER, I am going to rip that one back and re knit the yarn, it is a really pretty color.
Nothing like our canine friends to love us unconditionally and keep us grounded. Hope the knitting is going better....
so glad you have that sweet little guy! The sweater looks great! keep going.
I hope things get crazy busy really soon!
Just stopping by to say I hope you and Luigi had a good Thanksgiving.
