This last weekend was a weekend-o-cycling! Saturday was a training day on the Olympic Peninsula and Sunday was the first race of the season! I, of course, had a chest cold and was not as strong as I would have hoped, but finished well and am pleased. My favorite thing about cycling this season is I am on a great team with some of the
strongest women. They are fantastically athletic and such supportive cheerleaders.

Being a member of this team is a great reminder of how strong and supportive women can be in groups, much different from the groups of women most of us are exposed to in high school and sometimes beyond.
